Sony WH-XB910N Replacement Ear Pads are the cushions of your headset that sit on your ears. Removing the ear pads on these headphones couldn’t be easier – all you need is a pry tool or simply a household butter knife.
How To Replace Sony WH H910 Ear Pads

Gather a tool:
Use a plastic pry tool (often included with replacement ear pads) or a non-sharp item like a butter knife or credit card to create a gap between the ear pad and the headphone earcup.

Pry gently:
Insert the tool into the gap and gently pry it to release the plastic hooks that hold the ear pad in place.

Work around the rim:
Continue working your way around the earcup, releasing the hooks one by one to avoid damaging the plastic clips.

Remove the old pad:
Once all clips are released, the old ear pad should come off easily.
- Align the new pad: Position the new ear pad over the earcup.
- Match the hooks: Look for the small plastic hooks or slots on the back of the new earpad and align them with the corresponding hooks on the headphone earcup. Many pads have a seam at the bottom, which helps with orientation.
- Press firmly: Apply medium to firm pressure around the entire rim of the earcup, pressing the new pad into place.
- Confirm a click: You should hear a clicking sound as the new ear pad snaps securely into place.
- Check the fit: Give the earpad a light tug to ensure it is fully secured all the way around.
- Repeat for the other side: Perform the same process for the other earcup.
