The earpad is the part that sits on or over your ear. It's dyed leather encasing a foam ring with a plastic base. If you have any other cosmetic fault with your headphones please visit fixheadphones.co.uk
We currently provide the only sensible option for replacing your earpads. Your Beats by Dre warranty does not cover cosmetic faults. Apple now own the Beats brand and continue to demand ridiculous prices for any faults - no matter how small.
We are the only Beats by Dre repair specialists in the UK and have 8 years of experience working with them. We set up our earpad replacement service specifically (and our broader sister company fixheadphones.co.uk) to prevent headphone owners wasting their expensive headphones due to a lack of other options.
First of all, book your earpad replacement in by following these steps. Once you have your unique reference number you should do the following.
Please send your headphones to: FIXEARPADS.CO.UK, 18 Allesley Croft, Coventry CV5 9PE United Kingdom

We use royal mail's special delivery service so that they're tracked and insured properly. We recommend customers also use this service.
If you're not in when the postman attempts delivery, a card will be posted so you can arrange redelivery or collection from your local depot.
We're an existing repair company fixheadphones.co.uk and we've set up this service to streamline one of our most common and simple repairs – saving time and effort for both us and our customers. Using this service you avoid our longer queue for more complicated repairs and you receive your headphones back quicker. You're still welcome to use our normal process via our sister site of course.
No, Beats don't release official pads, however ours are identical in quality and shape.
No. The pads are independent to the audio components. They sit on top of the sealed speaker casing.
Ish, and we do offer the chance to buy them here. Many customers replace them with no trouble – some end up sending them in to us after making a mess of their new pads. If you're not confident then I'd suggest sending them in for a professional repair. Maybe try to take off your existing pads first before making the decision.
Of course, 25% of our repairs and replacements come from outside the UK. Ensure you use a high quality postage option from your side (often the national postal service of your country) and you'll have no problems.
