We recommend sending them via one of Royal Mail's tracked delivery services – ask at your local post office – or using your preferred courier.
Send them in a small box with some inner protection (bubble wrap, newspaper etc) or in a large jiffy bag.
Only the headphones are required – no accessories are needed although you're welcome to put them in the case for extra protection. This will be returned.
Yes, you're welcome to drop them off with us personally but please arrange this with us before coming.
Customers receive their headphones back within roughly 5 working days or 1-3 days if you chose fast track. if there are any delays for any reason you will be contacted.
Yes, return postage is £5 and is charged at checkout
We use Royal Mail's tracked 24 service so that they're tracked and insured properly. We recommend customers also use this service.
If you're not in when the postman attempts delivery, a card will be posted so you can arrange redelivery or collection from your local depot.
