Begin by pinching one side of your existing ear pad & pulling the fabric off of the plastic ring that you will quickly identify once beginning to pull the ear pad

Repeat this on both sides

Get you replacement ear pad in place & you will slide the lip of the ear pad over the plastic disk of the ear cup. It's easiest if you begin with the top and then work your way around the ear cup

Repeat this with your other ear. The final side of your ear pad to be positioned over the plastic disc of the ear cup will be the trickiest but with some trial and error you'll have no issue completing the repair.
